Our Partners

The Covenant of Mayors is the mainstream European movement involving local and regional authorities, voluntarily committing to increasing energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources on their territories. By their commitment, Covenant signatories aim to meet and exceed the European Union 20% CO2 reduction objective by 2020.





The URBAN Intergroup at the European Parliament is a cross-parties and cross-committees grouping with a horizontal approach to discuss urban related issues. They bring together over 70 MEPs representing most EU Member States, all the political groups at the European Parliament, and working in all the parliamentary committees. They work with nearly 100 partners from local, regional, national and European level that represent the interests of Europe’s town and cities or work in the domain relevant for urban development.



BUILD UP aims to promote better and smarter buildings across Europe by connecting building professionals, local authorities and citizens. Its interactive web portal will catalyse and release Europe’s collective intelligence for an effective implementation of energy-saving measures in buildings.







The ECF (European Construction Forum) is a platform for cooperation on issues of common interest between independent organisations representing key players in the construction sector and participating on a voluntary basis. The principal aim of the ECF is the establishment and recognition of a single comprehensive policy approach for the European construction sector through raising the awareness of decision makers at European level to the specific issues affecting the sector as a whole.
